  • If you are on the six sessions package, it expires in six months and if you are on the unlimited package, it expires in 12 months. This is to encourage momentum in your transformation and growth. However, we understand that life happens and are happy to discuss should you need an extension.

  • We haven’t encountered this before as all our clients complete the coaching tenure, and quite often, they have been with us for years. However, should there be a life impacting circumstance and you can no longer continue the coaching sessions, we will be happy to explore what we can do.

  • In our years of 1-on-1 coaching, we have only done one refund, and it was initiated by us. This was because the client needed therapy instead of coaching. Since that experience, we have tightened our qualifiers in our discovery call to ensure that the client needs a coach, and not a therapist or consultant.

  • We pride ourselves as highly qualified professional coaches who are certified by International Coaching Federation (ICF) and relevant professional psychometric tools. We also bring to the table decades of life and work experience. Our value to clients is shown in our 100% referral rate, i.e. we have, to date, not spent a single cent on marketing. Your upfront payment demonstrates your commitment to your growth journey, and it also helps us allocate time for you.

  • This is a fair question. Your coaching investment is intended to help you grow and an indication of a great coaching partnership is when both the coach and the coachee look forward to the session and the coachee feels 100% safe and can be vulnerable with the coach. To date, we have encountered only one request to change (due to conflict of interest). In the unlikely event that you’d like to change your coach, we’ll be happy to arrange for you to have discovery call with another coach.

  • 99% of our coaching sessions are held virtually and in fact, we haven’t met most of our clients. However, when Jasmine is in the same city as you, she will always prioritise to meet face-to-face and even go for coaching walks. On some occasions, Jasmine even met her coachees in a city that both she and her coachees don’t live in, but they happen to be at the same city at the same time! Thus far, the responses from coachees who have met Jasmine face-to-face have indicated that the coaching experience is the same, both online and offline.

  • If you are emotionally stuck (i.e. can’t progress towards your goal) and it relates to your childhood, you should see a therapist. If you are seeking someone with specific skills or experience (for e.g. someone who has worked in FinTech or has AI skills), you should hire a consultant. If you are emotionally above the baseline and want to move forward to your goal, a professionally certified coach by ICF (as we are) will be able to help you, regardless of the industry you are in. You are the expert in your work, and our role is to listen deeply and evoke your awareness by asking powerful questions. We serve as your thinking partner, sounding board, listening ear, and your trusted advisor.
