Well, the full profile is definitely next level and has so much value. The top ten really do round out the picture for a lot of people. They'll look at their full 34 report, and maybe there is a talent that they thought they would have, and they say, oh, it's in my six through ten, and it'll get filled up about that, so you've got more tools in your toolkits in terms of what you can aim at your goals or at your objectives. I think it is human nature to want to look at the bottom I don't discount that, I think looking at the bottom gives a value of understanding who you are not and it's so empowering to be able to let go of who you're not and focus on who you are.
